ADB World HR Modules:

HR and Payroll Module in our system provides a comprehensive solution for managing your organization’s workforce and payroll processes. This module seamlessly integrates employee management, payroll processing, and compliance requirements, enabling businesses to streamline operations and focus on strategic goals. From handling employee records to automating salary calculations and ensuring compliance, the HR and Payroll Module is an essential tool for efficient workforce management. With additional features like event management, messaging, and a notice board, it fosters communication and engagement within the organization.

1.  HR Management

  • Employees: Maintain detailed employee records, including personal and professional information.
  • Leaves: Manage leave applications, approvals, and leave balances.
  • Shift Roster: Schedule employee shifts and manage roster changes.

  • GOSI Setup as per Saudi Legislation: Saudi legislation compliance. Auto calculates GOSI deductions from employees.
